On Monday, New York’s governor Andrew Cuomo said New York is “very close” to legalizing recreational marijuana.
“Passing marijuana reform and legalizing recreational marijuana, we’ve tried to do that for the past three years,” Cuomo said. “We have to get it done this year.”
